Our Beginnings
From a Humble Lab
to a Visionary Clinic.
The Care Smile Center story began over 20 years ago with Francisco. At the age of 16, he took his first steps in a dental laboratory in Los Algodones, Baja California, during a time when there were only a few labs and clinics. His dedication and desire to learn led him to study at Pasadena College, where he earned a Master’s in Dental Technology. Upon his return, he opened his first laboratory in Algodones. The success of the cases that came to his lab gave him clarity on a crucial need: combining the precision of the laboratory with the fundamentals of dentistry. This insight led Francisco to pursue a postgraduate degree in dentistry, marking a before and after in his professional approach.

For over 20 years, Laboratorio Norbac, founded by Francisco, has been a cornerstone for dental clinics throughout the region. His passion for excellence and commitment to dental precision have cemented his laboratory's reputation as a leader in aesthetic and functional restorations. The lab’s experience has allowed it to refine its own techniques and perfect high-quality products, becoming a trusted leader in dental fabrication. Under Francisco's leadership, Norbac became a strategic partner for multiple clinics, providing custom restoration solutions with impeccable finishes and reliable delivery times. The lab’s focus on close collaboration and continuous technical training has allowed the team to constantly adapt to new materials, CAD/CAM technology, and fabrication techniques.

This is how CARE SMILE CENTER was born, a brand that honors the initials of our children and embodies what we love and respect most in life: care, integrity, and excellence in every treatment.
